Insane Championship Wrestling recently attempted to cash in on Bram's notoriety at Shug's Hoose Part 4.

Bram interrupted the wedding between Session Moth Martina and Ravie Davie, battered everyone in sight, and met Davie's impromptu challenge by turning his eye into a golf ball and busting his nose open.

It wasn't entirely clear whether or not this was a shoot incident, initially. ICW had deployed this tactic very recently, in the Joe Hendry Vs. Lionheart series. Their first blurred lines altercation, performed perfectly, was incredibly realistic. The subsequent feud revealed both the ruse in itself and a propensity to "work" audiences, which led one to suspect some chicanery here - which was virtually confirmed when the commentary team wittered on, tastelessly, about Bram's dubious history of domestic violence, as opposed to freaking the f*ck out like the vast majority of spectators. As to what this was meant to achieve, it's hard to say. WWE discovered that Randy Orton was hardly received as a figure of battling sympathy when they booked something similar at SummerSlam last year.

The idea is to portray Davie in a sympathetic light, but how sympathetic can he really be, when he's in on it?
