Bruce and Conrad will have 13 episodes to prove themselves as a ratings draw on the Network. That's plenty, and - if they're allowed to show the camaraderie they do on the main podcast - it won't take them that long to hook wrestling fans.

This is a win-win situation for both. Succeed and they have the chance to make a full-time gig out of it, Bruce will be back in a company he knows better than most and Conrad may get the chance to do other hosting gigs for WWE. Fail and they can take a step back, embrace their freedom and continue killing it for MLW's podcast network.

There's really no downside here.

The only thing Conrad and Bruce need to be careful of is picking the right subjects that will draw the most attention from Network subscribers. Older fans are sure to adore in-depth looks at old characters, angles and shows, but younger viewers may be put off by the painstakingly comprehensive nature of the pair's work.
