It was tough to pick a "winner" in this list, but Bagwell's name always seems to comes up when thinking about guys that were hurt by WWE's purchase of WCW. That's because Bagwell was given a chance to impress WWE officials when he wrestled Booker T on Raw a few months after the purchase, but instead of making a positive impression he absolutely bombed to the point that WWE never brought him again. You would think somebody with Bagwell's body type and persona as a cocky wrestler would fit in with WWE well. That wasn't the case, though. They just didn't find a role for him in part because of the awful match he had with Booker and also because their roster was really loaded with talent in those days. They just didn't need a guy like Bagwell, so he was gone. If WCW still existed he could have been elevated to a level of a top guy because he was only 31 years old when WCW closed its doors. Bagwell has a rep for being aloof because he's done recent interviews talking about how he could still be a big deal in wrestling even though he barely did anything in a small company in TNA when he was there. He was not really a great wrestler, but he fit in well with WCW was. It just wasn't the same for him anywhere else, which is why Bagwell is the one who suffered the most when WCW folded.
