7 Reasons Daniel Bryan vs Shinsuke Nakamura Inter-Promotional Match Is Best For Business

2. The Match (Or Matches) Would Be Incredible

Nakamura This goes without saying, but the match that Shinsuke Nakamura and Daniel Bryan could put on together would be phenomenal. These are two of the most talented performers on the entire planet. Both are technically proficient as well as master storytellers in the ring. Give these guys the stage and the time and these guys can take you on an emotional roller coaster. The fun part about the match, besides the bell to bell action, is the fact that fans will think the finish is forgone conclusion. Most fans, WWE and NJPW alike will think there is no way Daniel Bryan doesn€™t win. That if the WWE agreed to a limited partnership with them for this event, that there is absolutely no universe in which their guy doesn€™t go over. They are the bigger company, the company with the most money and resources, and the company with the most to lose. It only makes sense their guy would win. There will be some fans that hold out hope, that the finish will surprise them. Fans that will think €œwhat if this isn't the only match?€ Ideally it wouldn€™t be. Ideally it would be announced as a one time partnership, but there would be at least two matches planned. One exclusively on the WWE Network and New Japan World from taking place in Japan and one at Wrestlemania 32 on U.S. soil (who wouldn€™t want to see this calibre of match at the grandest stage of them all). If there€™s a third bout, have it at Summerslam or the next Wrestle Kingdom show. A series allows for the most intrigue. Imagine Shinsuke Nakamura winning the first match unexpectedly and setting the wrestling world on fire. People will be begging for the WWE and NJPW to take their money for the next one.
