Kane is a curious figure in wrestling. He's simultaneously one of the most respected and under-appreciated figures in WWE history. Renowned as a safe and professional worker, his loyalty and service to the company should probably have resulted in more than two world titles. His WWF Championship reign lasted a day, winning the belt from Austin at King of the Ring and losing it to him the next night on Raw. He won the World Heavyweight Championship over a decade later, pinning Rey Mysterio after cashing in his newly-won Money in the Bank briefcase in 2010. With rumours of retirement ever-increasing, it would make a great deal of fans sad to see Kane go out after putting over Sting. He doesn't necessarily need to win his last match, but he surely deserves a feud of higher significance. The idea of Undertaker vs Kane as a final WrestleMania appearance for the both of them would be far more fitting, as would a match with any of the many superstars the Big Red Machine has had meaningful interaction with. Big Show, Chris Jericho and Triple H would all work perfectly well.
