The Dudley Boyz were out of WWE for ten years so when they came back as a surprise last month, it shocked the fans and also delighted them very obviously. They are popular wresters that can still have good matches, so fans should want to see them in WWE again. Bischoff isn't a babyface wrestler and has no intentions of being one, but he is a name that would generate a reaction. Those reactions might be cheers at first, but it's a good bet that he would easily be able to get the fans to hate him again. Since WWE still mentions WCW, still puts out DVDs and still has a lot of WCW content on WWE Network, it makes sense for Bischoff to be back for the company's bottom line too. Why not have him rant about how great WCW was and how he was the only man to beat Vince McMahon consistently in the last thirty years? Fans like nostalgia because it makes them remember the "glory days" so to speak. With Bischoff, they have a guy that was a big part of WCW throughout the history of that company and also his run as Raw's GM as well.
