7 Reasons WWE Needs To Bring Back The Nexus

5. The Tag Team Division Would Get A Boost

WWE has rebuilt the tag team division over the last year or so, now led by the new champions The Usos. Cody Rhodes and Goldust are also in the mix at the top, as they held the titles for a few months as well. However with the Prime Time Players breaking up, and The Real Americans teasing a potential break up, WWE will need some new teams thrown into the mix. With such a large heel stable banding together again, Nexus would be able to form a number of different tag teams. These teams would be ables to compete against all the face teams that WWE has in the division currently. They would also be able to compete in 6-man tag team matches that WWE continues to feature every week. WWE could leave Ryback and Curtis Axel together as a team, only now they become a threat for the WWE Tag Team Championships, and they could get on a roll due to the help of Nexus. Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel had some success as a tag team on SmackDown when they were part of The CORRE. Darren Young could be thrown into the mix as a third member for any 6-man tag bouts.
