7 Things That Sheamus MUST Change To Be WWE Champion Again

5. New Moves

There are those in pro wrestling who will tell you that it's not the moves that make the wrestler, but their execution and the charisma level of the performance that take a wrestler over the top. Sheamus' "Irish Curse" backbreaker, "Celtic Cross" cloverleaf, "White Noise" kryptonite krunch, 10 Beats of the Bodhrán, Battering Ram and Brogue kick are all moves that have been showcased during an era where one company's pro wrestling is seen more on television than in any other era in the history of the industry. As well, Sheamus wasn't exactly "Hulk Hogan (or Daniel Bryan) over" in that era, so his signature maneuvers don't have the sort of cached pop that other top stars' signature holds do. Maybe digging back and really establishing the Cloverleaf finish would work. It's a submission that he can put on anyone and really cement himself anew as a truly top-tier bad dude. Brogue kick followed by the cloverleaf. Hmmm...
