There isn't a whole lot to say about the six-woman tag team match last night. It was a frustrating call back to a time when all the available women were shunted into one match on pay-per-view. On a night where Luke Harper and Erick Rowan had a nothing match, would it have been so hard to split this into two? Have Charlotte and Becky team up against Natalya and Tamina, whilst Naomi defends the title against Carmella?

With all that in mind, The Welcoming Committee were the right team to win this match. Naomi is a babyface champion in need of strong heel opponents - at least until Charlotte turns heel again - and The Welcoming Committee are a new faction in need of credibility.

Spare a thought for poor Becky Lynch however. The 'Lasskicker' had all the momentum in the world nine months ago - now she is getting dangerously close to becoming an afterthought.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
