7 Ups & 2 Downs For AEW Collision (March 2 - Results & Review)

2. Further Spotlight On The AEW Women's Division

The women of AEW may have only got a combined five minutes of bell-to-bell time on Collision, but there was plenty done here to keep the ladies' roster in the spotlight and whet your appetite for what may be around the corner.

A promo from the excellent Serena Deeb continues to tease that the Professor may well be the first opponent of the incoming Mercedes Moné - Deeb declaring herself the final boss - a dominant win over Cassandra Golden continues to keep Thunder Rosa ticking along and gave La Mera Mera a new submission finisher, and Willow Nightingale and Kris Statlander got some mic time to hype their Revolution Zero-Hour match against Skye Blue and Julia Hart. Of course, all of this is in addition to the Deonna Purrazzo, Toni Storm, Mariah May segment.

There's clearly a lot of work still to be done, but slowly but surely AEW seems to be making some notable changes to how it presents its female talent.
