7 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Dark (Jan 26)

2. HOOK

Hook's physical spots are the best. Look at what he did last night: that's an awesome suplex, and another tiny glimpse of what Taz's son is going to do to people between the ropes someday.

The slow, steady drip-feed of physical bursts has built genuine excitement for Hook's in-ring debut. That's kinda nuts, given nobody knows where he's at or how far along in his development he is, but still. Hook is the best. Curse you if you don't like Hook.

Get ready for a Wardlow-esque debut against Cody Rhodes sometime this summer, built from Team Taz's tensions with 'The Prince of Pro Wrestling,' who must still feel spurned by Hook for running back to dad.
