After stating last week that he'd be making his return to Impact this week, Rob Van Dam reported that he and Katie Forbes would be unable to make it to the show after partying far too much the previous night.

If 'The Whole F'N Show' wants to keep the party going, then that's absolutely fine, as long as it means he doesn't have to be appearing on the show. He's still complaining about everyone else using his moves though, but your writer is still waiting to see someone from Impact utilise a Rolling Thunder, a Van Daminator, or a corkscrew leg drop off the ring apron.
