7 Ups & 3 Downs From Last Night's WWE Backstage (Feb 25)

2. Profits Are Down...

Rachel Bonnetta Street Priofits
WWE

These Rachel Bonnetta segments continue not to work.

Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins were rocket-strapped in 2019, with somebody on the main roster in their corner enough to have them feature in daft promo segments weeks before debuting between the ropes.

Many of them played to relative silence from the live crowd. Without the benefit of chuckles to fill the dead air, this did the same. Ford and Dawkins wanted the smoke, Bonnetta didn't want them to drink from the red cup in her room, but then she did, but then they didn't need to or whatever it was.

The pair are always worth the gamble, but gambles don't always pay off.
