7 Ups & 3 Downs From WWE UK Championship Tournament (Night 1)

2. Tyson T-Bone Gets Weird

Wolfgang vs. Tyson T-Bone was a decent brawl that felt different to anything else on the card. Big, burly, and rough around the edges, both men stood out from the moment they appeared, and the 255lb Wolfgang's match-ending Swanton Bomb was a sight to behold. In the end, the ICW Champion was able to stave-off T-Bone's early aggression, control the late-match pace, and take the victory.

Unfortunately, much of this was overshadowed by T-Bone's baffling gimmick. WWE, for some reason, decided to saddle the poor guy with an incoherent "traveller" persona, and he was one "d'ya like dags" away from turning into Brad Pitt's character from Snatch. His pre-match promo left everyone confused, and it was all for nothing as he lost anyway.

For the record, this is what T-Bone usually talks like. His gimmick was comfortably the most confusing aspect of last night's show, particularly for those who've seen him before, and it served little purpose other than to open T-Bone up to mockery.
