5. Miro's Return

Was...was this deliberate? Two ex-WWE stars faced off right after MJF's cutting promo. That might've been a little in-joke on the format sheets from one Tony Khan, and that's hilarious if so. Regardless, it's awesome to see Miro back on TV again after almost eight months on the shelf.

The big powerhouse looked right up for it.

Miro was on a tear before going down to injury at Full Gear last November, and he scored a routine win over Johnny Elite on this episode. Being brutally honest, everyone could've done without that commercial break in a six-minute match, but the Bulgarian's comeback and his first win since is the bigger story.

It's gonna be interesting to see where Miro fits into AEW's roster in mid-2022. The goalposts have shifted since he was working Bryan Danielson in World Title contender matches on pay-per-view, and some new faces have popped up to dilute his star power.

Still, it's ace to have him back.
