6. Ringside Scrap Welcomes Kaiser Back

WWE Raw Sheamus Ludwig Kaiser

Ludwig Kaiser was on the ascent this spring, finally getting the opportunity to stand out as more than Gunther’s sidekick. Sadly, it was derailed when he landed on the injured list.

The Imperium man got back on track Monday night when he finally got his one-on-one match with Sheamus, which the Celtic Warrior won. Kaiser wasted little time in attacking Sheamus in the rampway and matched him chop for chop. The two teed off on each other trading slaps and strikes until Sheamus prevailed, even after Pete Dunne tried to interfere.

For Kaiser, the loss was a clear setback, but seeing as how he’s still trying to prove himself as a singles star, losing a really competitive match against a former world champion isn’t the worst way to show he’s just a couple of steps away from putting it all together himself.
