7 Ups & 7 Downs From AEW All Out 2022

Downs...

7. Most Of Zero Hour

AEW All Out 2022 Sammy Guevara Tay Melo
AEW

Skip 75% of Zero Hour.

No, seriously. You'll be doing yourself a favour when catching up on All Elite's latest, because this was a complete and utter waste of everyone's time. Tony Khan should've sent out a group text to fans attending the pay-per-view and told them to skip the support bands.

Nobody needed another mixed tag between Sammy Guevara, Tay Melo, Ruby Soho and Ortiz. Also, the less said about what poor Ruby is experiencing (booking hell, basically), the better. Elsewhere, Hook vs. Angelo Parker should've been on Rampage, and the same could be said for Kip Sabian challenging PAC.

Some may argue that it was a pre-show appetiser, so Zero Hour didn't need to be spectacular. That misses the point a wee bit - this is AEW, and the quality bar has been said ridiculously high. People do not need three Sunday Night Heat-worthy bouts on an already-overstuffed night, optional or not.
