7 Ups & 8 Downs From Last Night's WWE SmackDown (May 7)

5. Breaking The Rules

The Usos

WWE broke Vince McMahon's goofy Wild Card Rule on its very first night, with Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan, Kofi Kingston, Lars Sullivan, Elias, and Shane McMahon all appearing on Raw. The limit is supposed to be four. Even if you discount Shane as an authority figure, five men crossed over. McMahon's "Elias doesn't count lol" explanation doesn't fly, either.

One would assume that WWE would make good on this blunder by actually adhering to the Wild Card last night, but no: the dipsh*ts did it again.

AJ Styles, Sami Zayn, The Miz, and The Usos all appeared on SmackDown. That's five individuals. As the rules and regulations outlined on WWE.com stipulated four individuals, not acts, Jimmy and Jey cannot be considered a singular entity.

What was the point in instigating this dopy rule if they can't stick to it? It was a compromise between Vince McMahon and USA/Fox network officials, yet the Chairman still doesn't know what he's doing with it.
