7 Ups & 9 Downs From AEW Dark (Oct 20)

6. Jungle Boy vs. KTB

Jungle Boy vs. KTB
AEW

KTB, the former KYLE THE BEAST, has spent the past few years shedding the goofier aspects of his acts to become a bruising, no-nonsense hoss on the indie circuit. He is still billed as hailing "from The Woods," but whatever: the guy is fun to watch, marrying power and speed in a way that is rarely boring.

Watching KTB try to bumrush his way to victory against Jungle Boy was a hoot. He launched his beefy frame around the ring with great impact, getting plenty of opportunities to flex his skillset, before losing to a knee drop from the Jurassic Express man. KTB is definitely worth another look in AEW.

A supplementary Up for the commentary team ribbing Jim Ross' "Ricky Skaggs" gaffe from the other week, too.
