6. Setting Them Up For Rusev To Knock Them Down

Still working off the assumption that Rusev is actually receiving a proper push, it looks like WWE has decided that rather than just having one person stand in the Bulgarian Brutes way, hes got two Americans to contend with.

Rusev dominated much of his bout with hometown boy Jack Swagger on Raw, but only won by countout after he shoved the Real American into Titus, who was on commentary. While that sealed a win for the United States champion, it also earned him a double beatdown, as ONeil and Swagger teamed up to kick Rusev out of the ring.

Unless WWE is planning on Titus becoming a singles champion at Rusevs expense (which really seems unwarranted right now), this looks more like putting cannon fodder in front of the Bulgarian. If Titus is being groomed for a title run, then its going to require a fair amount of work.
