Admittedly, the sight of all six Money in the Bank ladder match competitors sitting on ladders in the ring to open Raw was both cool and contrived at the same time. But all it took was for Kevin Owens to take over to turn this into and easy up to kick off the show.

Owens wasted little time in cutting down his opponents, noting that there was no need to introduce everyone because they all were famous except for Sami Zayn and then repeated Chris Jerichos routine, cutting him off. KO said hed with the briefcase, win the title, and take on all comers, then name-dropped the Nation of Domination, Waylon Mercy, Jean-Pierre LaFitte and the Four Horsemen. Owens also mocked Alberto Del Rio for speaking Spanish.

All in all, it was a standout performance for KO, as he looked above everyone else in the ring. It wasnt quite on a level of the Rock in his heyday, but there certainly was a vibe, as Owens made sure to get his digs in on everyone and put himself over as the best in the ring.
