7 Ups And 2 Downs From NXT TakeOver: Phoenix

Downs...

2. We’re Done Here, Right?

Call this a pre-emptive “down” here.

Matt Riddle defeated Kassius Ohno for the third consecutive time on Saturday night, a rivalry that reaches back a couple months now. Ohno got the upper hand once with a post-match beatdown after their second contest, but beyond that, Riddle has owned him.

So, surely this is the end of the rivalry, right? Right?

Let’s hope NXT calls it and has Riddle move on to someone else, This little feud served its purpose, but there’s nothing more to be gained – unless it’s a retirement or loser leaves NXT match.
