It was a little strange that former Ring of Honor tag champs Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly debuted in NXT in separate singles matches against Aleister Black – with both men losing.

But it didn’t take long for the duo to reconnect in NXT and make a statement, which came just moments after Sanity knocked off the Authors of Pain for the NXT Tag Team Championships. Fish and O’Reilly attacked both teams, decimating them and clearly indicating they were here for the tag titles. It added an air of unpredictability to the TakeOver special and shocked the fans in attendance.

Just like that, a tag division that looked weak with the loss of DIY now looks to be heating up with reDRagon joining the Street Profits as new teams in the mix.
