2. A PPV-Quality Title Match

Regardless of your views on the wisdom of the Raw Women’s Championship title switch, Charlotte Flair and Bayley deserve tons of credit for their main event match.

The two women tangled in a tremendous match that built and built, with Charlotte beating on Bayley and attacking her neck repeatedly, but unable to put the Huggable One down. Then Bayley came back and dropped a Macho Man elbow from the top rope for a loooong two count. When she hit a hurricanrana on Charlotte for another two, the crowd lost it.

It looked like the bout was going to be marred (or at least have the feud prolonged) when Dana Brooke interfered, but Sasha Banks evened the scales. The match itself was outstanding and certainly put an exclamation point on a newsworthy episode of Raw.
