7 Ups And 5 Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (March 30th)

4. Sheamus Returns€ As A Heel

It was rumored that Sheamus was going to return at WrestleMania, possibly in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, but unless he was winning it, there was no reason for him to come back just to get eliminated at the end again. Instead, a Mohawk-wearing Celtic Warrior rushed the ring to chase off Bad News Barrett, only to take down Dolph Ziggler and Daniel Bryan himself. During Sheamus€™ absence, it€™s become painfully obvious that WWE is in desperate need of strong heels to balance things out. Aside from Seth Rollins, Rusev and Bray Wyatt, no bad guys are really booked all that strongly. Also, Sheamus€™ character had become increasingly stale, to the point where fans booed him reflexively because they just didn€™t want to see the smiling Irishman. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pL6syfy5df0 Bringing him back with a new look (which is questionable) and a new attitude will hopefully help freshen him up while shoring up the roster a little.
