If you’re going to face Brock Lesnar and look like you stand a chance, you probably need to run through a few big men, so Drew McIntyre demolishing go-nowhere monster Erick Rowan was probably the best possible move Monday night.

McIntyre mowed down Rowan, and in the process freed him from the stupid prison of carrying that moronic cage around. After revealing last week that it was a fake-looking spider, Rowan carried the covered pen to ringside, only for McIntyre to place it on the ground and crush it with the ring steps. Ouch.

That set Rowan off, but he quickly ate a Glasgow Kiss, Future Shock DDT, and Claymore Kick for the easy McIntyre win.

No word on whether PETA is planning to protest the next WWE event.
