1. Sign Ronda Rousey. She's The Brock Lesnar Of Women's Wrestling
If you asked any WWE fan at any live arena show about a women's wrestling dream match they desperately want to see, it's the one showcased above that was set up at Wrestlemania between Ronda Rousey and Stephanie McMahon. UFC's Dana White says it's not going to happen. There's a school of thought that says that he hasn't been shown enough financial reasons to change his mind. Pro wrestling's in an intriguing place where the two biggest draws in the company are on WWE's TV literally less than 5% of the broadcasts in any given calendar year. Ronda Rousey is to women getting over in WWE as Brock Lesnar is to making Seth Rollins a superstar. It's that simple. Women's wrestlers are deserving of greater spotlight in WWE. Yes, Charlotte and Sasha Banks main evented NXT in Philadelphia. That should be the start of a MUCH larger trend in WWE. There's a belief worth having that in under five years time women's wrestlers in WWE should be headlining Wrestlemania. Charlotte's one-half of that puzzle. The other half should be sauntering down the ramp in Dallas to the strains of Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" as she prepares to tap out Stephanie McMahon. Make it happen, WWE. #givedivasachance.
