In some ways, the RAW that takes place the night after WrestleMania is more exciting and memorable than the Show of Shows itself. It is the night when returns and debuts happen, and when the next year of WWE gets kicked off, all in front of the hottest flagship television show crowd of the year.

If I was a betting man, then my hard-earned pounds would almost certainly be placed on Matt and Jeff returning to WWE the night after WrestleMania. WWE's plans for the Show of Shows will (hopefully) have been set in stone before news broke of the Hardyz departure from TNA; accordingly, changing the plans to shoehorn them onto the card might not be the best idea.

The RAW after WrestleMania presents the perfect opportunity for the brothers to come back. The crowd will inevitably be hot, and an appearance by Matt and Jeff could well provide the biggest reaction of that evening - the kind of reaction that Vince McMahon craves.

While this would all inevitably result in Michael Cole screaming 'Could it be? Are they really here?' and eyes rolling into the backs of heads all over the WWE Universe, Matt and Jeff Hardy returning to the company in front of a raucous crowd the night after WrestleMania 33 seems like the safest and most likely option.

How would you book the return of Matt and Jeff?

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
