When WWE broke up the Wyatt Family last summer it was met with confusion from fans because Wyatt, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan worked really well together. It made Wyatt look like a stronger heel by having two bigger wrestlers as his allies with Wyatt able to control their way of thinking. Why break them up after only one year? It didn't make much sense. The idea behind the move was to allow Harper and Rowan to branch out on their own. Harper was a short term Intercontinental Champion that is capable of having very good matches with anybody. He's fine as a midcard heel, but most people don't see him getting far on his own. Rowan seems like a lost cause as a babyface. He loses so much that we have to wonder how long he might stay employed. It's okay to admit that you were wrong, WWE. Breaking this trio up was the wrong move. They were great together. It was a perfect fit for all three guys. It should be noted that WWE put Titus O'Neill and Darren Young back together as the Prime Time Players after doing the wrong them when they broke them up too. That shows that they are willing to go back to something that worked. If you put the trio together and added Bo Dallas with them they could be one of the most dominant factions in WWE. It would be the right mix of having a main event caliber guy like Wyatt, a tag team in Rowan & Harper and then a young singles wrestler like Dallas that could go after midcard titles. The only thing that really seems to be stopping it right now is that WWE already has The Authority as the top heel group in the company. Putting another heel group out there might hurt The Authority and we know WWE doesn't want to do that.
