After The Bella Twins split up last summer, their on-screen dynamic was never quite the same. While yes, Nikki made up with her twin sister and relinquished Brie’s “personal assistant” role so the two are close once more, they’re no longer joined at the hip.
In fact, their reintroduction of Twin Magic feels like retrogressing at this point.
Nikki, as the WWE Diva’s Champion, is a bit more engaging in the squared circle than Brie. That would make Mrs. Daniel Bryan a good early competitor for Lana after she and Summer Rae move on from their feud. Whether The Ravishing Russian could escape the effects of Brie Mode remains to be seen.
