The diva who has thus far undergone the most dramatic transformation by a long shot is, unfortunately, not a story of how wrestling training can make an impact on a person's body, but rather it's a story of why plastic surgeons take home such a hefty paycheck at the end of the day. When she was still in Ohio Valley Wrestling trying to earn a contract with WWE, she wrestled as a fan favorite. She was dubbed "Chronically Cute" because, well...look at that before picture. She was a damn cutie. Then, as soon as she signed a developmental contract with WWE, she went under the knife, getting liposuction, lip augmentation, and breast implants, as well as straightening and bleaching her hair. The whole physical change was worked into a ridiculous storyline where her implants supposedly leaked into her brain (because that's a thing) and caused her to have a psychotic break. It was at the standard level of tactfulness for the company, really. Again, this is a case where WWE could have put a woman on their programming that wasn't rail thin and had realistic proportions. They already had fan support behind her. People enjoyed watching her wrestle as a normal-sized brunette. But no, this is Vince McMahon's WWE, so she was run through the assembly line and came back out the other side looking like every other diva on the roster. It's more than insulting. It's boring.
