7 WWE Moments So Bad Fans EXITED THE BUILDING
2. The Big Dog's Lacklustre Coronation (WrestleMania 32)
Last one, honest!
Has there ever been a more anti-climactic finish to a WrestleMania than that of the 32nd entry of this annual staple? Sure, there are a few infamous contenders to pick from, but which of those actually forced fans to leave the arena midway through the supposed marquee match of the evening? That unwanted accolade was gifted unto the dismal contest between the present-day company man, Roman Reigns, and the person once touted to lead WWE into pastures new, Triple H.
It's not like the pair didn't put in a shift, though. Reigns bulldozed The Game through a barricade with a vicious spear, and Trips did everything in his power to put over the former Shield star. But those who bothered to stay in the arena weren't having any of it. And those who reportedly left clearly felt that beating the traffic was a better option than watching The Big Dog's inevitable coronation.
Again, this wasn't Reigns' fault. Nor was it even Trips or Stephanie McMahon's, it has to be said. Vince McMahon quite simply just hadn't produced a story or character that fans legitimately wanted to get behind for the final match of their biggest show of the year. So why in the hell should they have to stick around and watch the lazy crap hit the fan?
