7 WWE Raw Returns That Happened Last Night

1. Braun Strowman

Saving the best for last, there was only one way WWE could reintroduce Braun Strowman to television after his Tables, Ladders and Chairs demise, and they thankfully delivered a cinematic set piece in festive fashion.

As if they were trying to escape from a killer in a Halloween slasher flick, The Miz, Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas looked positively terrified as the 'Monster Among Men' emerged heroically from the trash compactor he'd been unceremoniously dumped in eight days ago.

With hidden cameras and hokey acting all over the shop, Braun's hilarious reveal was knowingly kitsch, but the sh*t-kicking he delivered afterwards was anything but.

Strowman is awesome at throwing. People, boxes, ambulances, he just doesn't care. WWE made use of his knack for a good chuck in grand fashion as he launched his three victims all over the stage before dropping Axel with endless running powerslams including a final one through the Raw announce table. A star was reborn.
