7 WWE Superstars With Crazy Workout Routines

7. John Cena

Just by looking at Cena you can tell that this guy works out hard. And given that prior to joining the WWE he was pursuing a career as a bodybuilder, it€™s of little surprise that the 15-time world champion features on this list. While his workouts may not be the most unconventional around, the sheer intensity of them is what makes them so impressive. Earlier this year, Muscle & Fitness magazine afforded us an insight into Cena€™s work in the gym when they shot some footage at the WWE Performance Centre. Much of the session focuses on Olympic lifting€”clearly one of Cena€™s fortes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C84Rb0vZCaA Matt Tuthill, the magazine€™s Senior Editor, is full of praise for the leader of the Cenation, making note of his five reps of a 495 pound back squat as well as the 25 pounds of €œcompletely lean muscle mass€ that he€™s recently added. Photographer Per Bernal goes even further, ranking Cena alongside some of the Mr Olympians that he€™s worked with€”compliments of the very highest order. As previously mentioned, this particular workout may not have been the most unorthodox of regimes, but the comments that Cena garnered from two seasoned experts from the world of fitness show just how remarkable his training program is.
