8 Burning Questions For WWE Backlash 2016

4. Can Wyatt Win A Big Match?

This has to be one of the biggest “must-win” matches for a major character – with one caveat.

Bray Wyatt has consistently been one of WWE’s most reliable promo men in the company. He manages to captivate the crowd with his Bayou-tinged diatribes every time, before backing it up in the ring. However, the end result almost always is Bray losing yet another feud, and then simply moving on to the next one.

At some point, Wyatt either needs to win a big match or undergo a major transformation as a character. Given the dearth of major heels on the SmackDown roster, Bray needs this victory over Randy Orton – and not some convoluted win due to Erick Rowan or a returning Luke Harper or some other smoke-and-mirrors tactic. To be a convincing bad guy, he has to win the occasional big match.

So, will Bray win on Sunday? Or will we get more of the same?
