8 Burning Questions For WWE Raw (March 2nd)

8. Who Else Will Enter Andre The Giant Battle Royal?

Kudos to WWE for actually following through with a second annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. When it was first announced last year, the Battle Royal seemed like a novel concept that would give more wrestlers an opportunity to actually appear on the biggest show of the year. But it also felt like the sort of thing that could get tossed aside pretty easily. Last year€™s Battle Royal featured a mix of jobbers, midcarders and a few main attractions. Thus far, the field includes Ryback, Curtis Axel, Adam Rose, Fandango and the Miz. That is not exactly an awe-inspiring roster. Seeing how Cesaro is one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions, it€™s doubtful that last year€™s battle royal winner will defend his crown. So who else will put their hat in the ring? Could a couple NXT talents be added to the fray? Perhaps WWE will bring in a few former superstars for a short-term or one-shot deal. Either way, we should start seeing more names added to the list this week, and that might give an indication of who could win it. Sidenote: If WWE wanted to add some intrigue to this annual event, maybe they should consider giving the winner something more than just a trophy. Maybe it could be an Intercontinental Championship title shot, entrance into the Money in the Bank ladder match or a PPV main event match. Just a thought.
