WWE’s version of the Odd Couple has become the writers’ new favorite thing, and it remains to be seen if it will amount to anything. So far, we’ve seen Sheamus and Cesaro both use Facebook Live during their partner’s singles matches and step in front of each other during their entrances. Next, Cesaro will lecture Sheamus about not using coasters on the coffee table.
Regardless, the two have a Tag Team Championship match at Hell in a Cell, and apparently a nontitle match against New Day on Monday. The question here is whether Sheamus and Cesaro can get on the same page when it comes to chasing tag team gold, or if their differences will overtake their competitive spirit.
Hot Take: If Sheamus and Cesaro can’t co-exist this week or at HIAC, then they’ll go to GM Mick Foley and demand a “loser leaves Raw” match to put an end to their feud/partnership once and for all.
