8 HUGE WWE Evolution Predictions You Need To Know

1. Ronda Rousey Vs. Nikki Bella

Evolution Predictions

Regardless of where you stand on the slut-shaming argument of two weeks ago, it's hard to deny the effectiveness with which WWE have built anticipation for Evolution's likely main event. This feels like a huge deal, and with Rousey and Bella supposedly holed-up in a training facility rehearsing the layout all week, it'll surely come off like one too.

Nikki's heel turn was masterful, and while divisive, Ronda's 'Do-Nothing Bellas' promo got over. Big time. A well-played contract signing, in which 'The Baddest Woman On The Planet' responded to her opponent's incessant goading with a single derisory sneer, presented the Raw Women's Champion as a badass above caring about the trifles of her 'Diva' opponent, and sent them to the pay-per-view in the most effective fashion.

People are into Nikki vs. Ronda. Ticket sales were dying on their arse before this programme started coming together, but they've now kicked into gear, and while the vast swathes snapped up by resellers early doesn't guarantee a full house, Evolution now looks like a technical sellout.

A Bella victory isn't impossible, but it's way too early to sacrifice Raw's undefeated lynchpin to the sports entertainment altar, therefore...

Winner: Ronda Rousey.
