8 HUGE WWE NXT TakeOver: In Your House Predictions You Need To Know

1. Boyhood Dream

Velveteen Dream Nxt Champion
WWE

WWE's most famous Backlot Brawl took place at WrestleMania XII, and though the company can't reanimate Roddy Piper or re-sign Goldust, they can at least end this match the same way they ended the 1996 'Show Of Shows'.

On that night, Vince McMahon offered a famous call atop Shawn Michaels' Iron Man victory over Bret Hart, and who can't imagine Mauro Ranallo echoing that proclaiming that "the boyhood Velveteen Dream has come true...for Patrick Clark" as purple sh*t flies and flows everywhere?

The setting should elevate alarmingly ordinary chemistry between the two. One Final Beat was a mess and Edge and Randy Orton's snooze-inducing tour of the facilities wasn't much better, but with The Undisputed Era and Dexter Lumis surely lurking in and around the match, it seems unlikely that the company would allow this one to fail.

TakeOver will come In Your House on Sunday, but the weekly broadcast isn't managing the same feat in comparison to the competition. Dream's brought a dynamism and electricity before, and if he can find that, 2020 may not yet be a lost cause. If he cant? Dream over.
