The buzz on the internet is that the World's Loneliest Tag-Team Wrestler Shelton Benjamin could be a late addition to Jeff Hardy and Randy Orton's US title clash - though only as a sacrificial lamb to protect the relatively sprightly challenger (basically a babe at just 38).

If this does occur, it hints at a pretty big oversight from WWE, who apparently don't understand how wrestling works - assuming they wanted Jeff Hardy to win without The Viper losing.

Will it happen? There's no reason why not, though it's pretty peculiar that the company would wait until so late in the day to make the call.
