3. Kelly Kelly

Never the most talented in-ring star but never with the brief to be that alone, Kelly Kelly was the apple of John Laurinaitis' eye during his tumultuous time as Executive Vice President of Talent Relations.

Tasked with hiring 'Athletic Tens' by a ravenous Vince McMahon, 'Big Johnny' brought then-model Barbie Blank into WWE's developmental system after yet another Floridian scouting mission. Ultimately, she came to represent the acceptable face of bad women's wrestling as the company skirted between titillation and tame indifference.

She's long been touted for a full-time comeback, but may require a steep skills upgrade if she wishes to survive amongst today's talented crop.
