Conor McGregor is the most famous MMA fighter in history. Many people would even go as far as to make the comparison with Muhammad Ali. His trash talk and skill to back it up has made Conor McGregor the richest and biggest star the sport has ever seen.

Enter Cowboy Cerrone, a man who cares less about fame and fortune than he does about getting his face punched in. His willingness to take on anyone, anytime, anywhere, and under any circumstance has made Cowboy a true fan favorite and earned him respect amongst his peers. His 2019 move back down to lightweight has resparked his dwindling career, and teases of a fight with Conor McGregor had fans foaming at the mouth.

Unfortunately, right now it appears this fight has fallen apart over Dana White’s unwillingness to put it as the main event of a pay per view. What the actual f**k Dana?!! Cowboy Cerrone is currently scheduled to fight Justin Gaethje in September which should be an absolute “slobberknocker”. However, the potential fight with McGregor still has huge fan appeal and with each man maintaining a top five lightweight ranking we could still get to see this before each man rides off into the sunset.

The Iron Sheik once said, "DON'T BE A F****** JABRONI!" That advice changed my life, as I am in fact now standing here as definitely not a jabroni. Thanks for reading my stuff! #HTX Matthew 11:28
