The moment "The Game" played over the PA system and Triple H stepped through the curtain, it became clear that WWE Creative has its work cut out for them ahead of the WrestleMania 32 main event between him and Roman Reigns. Fans have so much history with the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the fact that he is a much more defined character than the generic babyface on the receiving end of a rocket push to the top of the industry, does not help with getting Reigns over. As witnessed just 24 hours later on Raw, when Triple H beat him down and bloodied Reigns, the fans have no interest in rooting for someone so one-dimensional when their opponent is someone fans have watched evolve, change and adapt for decades. The cheered the conquering villain and booed the hero's suffering. Not exactly the best way to tell your most important morality play.
