Mickie James and Sasha Banks share a lot of similarities - a pair of women's wrestlers renowned for their natural charisma and in-ring ability, whose gimmicks revolve around being more than a little cocksure. Yes, Mickie may lie on the 'crazy' side of things, while Sasha is more about pure confidence, but they're both portrayed as strong alpha females regardless of face/heel alignment.

A feud between the pair looks fairly likely (dependent on the pairing of another two wrestlers, whom we'll get to later in this list), and could give Sasha a serious boost. She's been occasionally criticised for being reckless in the ring, and working with an experienced veteran of Mickie's ilk would only help slow her down and develop the psychological aspect of her wrestling.
