8. The Pendari Champion - Star Trek Voyager (2000)

Star Trek Voyager ran for seven seasons, but the decision to have The Rock make a cameo appearance in the series (which aired on the same network as SmackDown at the time) was not well-received by fans. Perhaps the worlds of wrestling and science fiction just don't mix. When Seven of Nine and Tuvok were stranded in the Delta Quadrant, Seven was forced to fight The Champion (The Rock) in order to get Tuvok the medical attention he needed. What followed was a fairly well put together fight sequence which of course featured Johnson busting out a Rock Bottom, the signature move he was seemingly unable to escape during his early acting roles. It did however help the character he played earn the victory! This was a typical cameo for a wrestler as Johnson basically played a slightly different version of The Rock - The Champion even had similar entrance music - and while it was a much smaller role than it had been hyped up to be by the WWE, it was still pretty cool.
