For all its flaws, TNA has launched the careers of many a fantastic wrestler. AJ Styles, Bobby Roode, James Storm and Frankie Kazarian all made their names in the promotion, and are all invaluable parts of TNA history. However, each should have achieved far more than they have done, and surely would have were it not for TNA's constant neglect. The company has always favoured older, less talented names over their loyal homegrown workers, almost as a rule. The company's early years were dominated by Jeff Jarrett (coincidentally the son of then-promotor Jerry Jarrett) Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, while recent times have seen Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Sting rule the roost. Inevitably, the big names didn't exactly prove the most loyal or reliable of workers, many heading straight back to the WWE as soon as Vince came calling. TNA are certainly feeling the effects now, with Styles finally losing patience and jumping ship to NJPW, leaving a host of partially-developed names and complete unknowns behind.
