8 Problems Nobody Wants To Admit About AEW

7. The Production Is Still Plagued By Audio Issues

Teething problems are always going to be a part of any new company in any industry, and AEW is no exception in that regard. But while All Elite has managed to iron out some of the production issues that lingered throughout its first few shows, the promotion still continues to have issues with Dynamite’s audio.

The biggest problem with the audio seems to be whenever AEW showcases somebody in the back. At that point, the volume levels tend to be all over the place, with the person doing the backstage talking being hard to hear for those watching at home and even more so for those in attendance at the show – as indicated by timely “We can’t hear you!” chants from AEW crowds.

If AEW had been playing a wrestler’s entrance music moments before the backstage promo starts, this makes the promo ten times worse as it’s rare that AEW gets the mixing of these two audio levels correct. Instead, said music just drowns out whatever message the wrestler in question is trying to get across.

Again, this is a relatively minor issue that can be easily fixed, but it’s still nonetheless an ongoing issue that many AEW fans are glossing over.
