2. He's The Ultimate Company Man

If there's one key reason that TNA hasn't (and likely never will) come close to competing with the WWE, it's the professionalism of its employees. One of the biggest reasons for WCW's death was the greed, selfishness, and generally unprofessional attitudes of many senior figures in the company - including (but certainly not limited to) Bischoff, Russo, Hogan, Nash and Hall. Similar symptoms have plagued TNA for years, and it's no coincidence that every single one of those figures have worked with the promotion at some point. In extreme contrast, Cena never stops working for the company. He refuses to coast on his immense popularity, avoiding the phoned-in performances which viewers began to expect from TNA on a weekly basis. It's a wonder that Cena has managed to stay motivated after so long at the top, but he continues to put his all into every activity he partakes in - both in and out of the ring.
