4. He's The Fresh Face WWE Needs
The WWE Championship scene hasn't been that exciting over the past few years. Don't get me wrong, there have been plenty of great matches involving the title, but it's been largely dominated by the same faces. After CM Punk's lengthy run, it briefly went to The Rock before going back to John Cena and then ending up in Randy Orton's hands. Then it was back to Cena and ultimately to Brock Lesnar where it appeared only sporadically (and no, we're not forgetting Daniel Bryan, but his title reigns were sadly too short to make a significant impact). Seth Rollins has been a much needed breath of fresh air these past few months, even if the cowardly heel angle has grown tiresome. It's hard to say who will take the title from him (rumours about Rollins facing Cena at SummerSlam are obviously terrifying), but Cesaro becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion would be a great way of freshening things up. The WWE simply can't keep relying on the same old Superstars, and if Kevin Owens' recent arrival on the main roster proves anything, it's that fans are open and excited about seeing fresh faces. Cesaro has obviously been around a while now, but giving him a title run would be something new and different, and perhaps the much needed freshen up the WWE needs. Guys like Cena and Orton are much better served helping put new talent over (as the former has been doing ever since WrestleMania to be fair), and the thought of Cesaro battling the likes of Owens, Rollins, Sami Zayn, and Finn Balor for the WWE title are infinitely more exciting that Rock vs. Cena III or any of the other tired match ups we've grown so used to.
