7. There's A Dearth Of Legitimate Heels

The top heels in WWE right now are Seth Rollins, the New Day, and Brock Lesnar (although he's arguably more of a tweener these days). They all have a their fair share of rabid crowd support, and while it's nice to see the fans show appreciation for the entertainment they provide, it only highlights the fact that legitimately hated heels are becoming a rare breed. Of all the regularly-appearing heels on the main roster, only Rusev and the Miz consistently draw heat. Re-introducing Carlito could teach today's superstars a thing or two about successfully getting the fans to hate you. After all, it's hard to cheer for a guy who relentlessly refers to how "cool" he is, and spits apple into the faces of his opponents.
